Will a Medium fit a 5'7 or would it run big?

Is the Large supposed to really fit a 6'3, Medium 5'9, and small 5'7? I'm comparing this hoody to other T5S hoodies.

I'm just under 5'10" and my large fits almost perfectly. A medium probably would've been too small.
