What are the jeans made out of?

On the main page for the product, it says that it is made out of 100% cotton. Is it actually 1% spandex/elastaine as well because the style # is 04511-4406 (I think) and on other websites, it says this style is called "Black Stretch" and has 1% spandex/elastaine. Is it the same thing?
