The measurements we were able to obtain are as follows:

Size: 36
Thigh: 12 inches
Opening: 7 1/2 inches
Out seam: 40 inches
Hip: 22 inches
Waist: 36 inches

Size: 38
Thigh: 12 1/2 inches
Opening: 8 inches
Out seam: 40 inches
Hip: 22 1/2 inches
Waist: 38 inches

The 34 in the 34x36 is the waist measurement and the 36 would be the length of the item.
