I am 6'4 and i wear a 33x36. Would these pants describe just as a '36' fit me in the waist?

No, they would be too big. The size listed is the waist size so you would need a size 34. And if you are 6'4" then these pants would be ankle pants on you. Unfortunately, the length is only 32.

After further review, the inseam length is 34 inches for all sizes in this item.
