i want to know if this dress has any stretch in it? or is it true to size because the plus says nothing of stretch and the regular size says it has

premium stretch. i need to know so i know what size to order for my birthday.

This item does run true to size and since this item is made of 100% Nylon, it will stretch, but not by a significant amount.
