I am a size 5 and medium fit me nicely (not too tight and stretchy). If you are size 8, then I don't recommend S or M. Maybe L?

Well to answer your question i would recommend cause your a size 8 definetly a Large im a size 1-3 and i got a small and it fits perfectly so at least a Large you would have wiggle room and it wouldnt be tight,i recommend you buy this product i promise you that you will love it forsure.
