what are the washing instructions for this dress and for all of the products for sale? i want to know the care instuctions before i buy a product.

Yes size 18, 20 is a 2x in plus size clothing.

If your bust and hips are very full I suggest you go with the 2x. I'm not sure how the designer cut the clothes if there true to size or small. Some 1x will fit well also.
