Are these comfortable? Are they heavy? Will they be cold/hot in winter/summer?

Meaning, do they have an arch support or a nice cushy insole??
They have rubber soles, usually that says 'heavy'! Are they??
Usually, cheap, fake leatherette or whatever, is hot/sticky in the summer and cold/stiff in winter. Is this made out of a good fake material?
