Are these boots true to fit or possibly run small?

Possibly give me the size in centimeters to be more exact. Also, is the width normal or does it run slim fitting?

We only carry normal width items as we do not carry narrow or wide shoes at this time. Furthermore, here is a general size chart for more information.
