Too answer your question: I myself live in the Netherlands and I ordered this coat 2 weeks ago. I followed the advice to order one size down from your regular size and that has turned out very well.
I am male, 6 foot 3" tall, I have a 42-43" chest circumference and at 220 lbs. (though regularly propotioned) I am quite a big bride.
I ordered this parka in a size L (normally i take an XL or even XXL) and is fits a treat. Coat length, sleeve length, chest: its all fine! Oh! suit you, sir! Do you want it, Sir?
These parkas run quite large. My guess is XXL would be huge, a kind of green tent. Only for very tall and very big blokes.
