What does mean the sizes with fractions?

My size is 38/40 in France. Can you advice to me which size will fit good on me, the true size ?

Thanks for your question. The fraction is listed to indicate the sizing will fit between the 2 sizes listed. For example, a size 3/4 means the item will fit like a 3 or 4. For information on the size you could go with please click on "customer service" and see sizing. Thanks!
