What are the measurements of this jacket ?

I would like to know exactly what size is a 3X equivalent to ?...Is it like a Women`s size 20 or 22 ?.... I would like to purchase this item but I need to know the measurements ....THANK YOU

it says 22 but it's not... I ordered a black military style jacket in a 3x and couldn't close it and I normally wear an 18/20 and I'm very busty.

After further review, a 3X is equivalent to size 22-24. For more information on sizing, here is our general size chart for women.
