What is the measurements, chest, waist etc, for items m arked Large and XLarge?

Please provide a size guide on your web site. This will help international buyers. It should indicate the measurements used for US sizing, for example a US size 12 is a chest (measurement in cm/inches); waist (measurement in cm/inches); similarly with the items marked small, medium, large and extra large, what are the garment measurements in cm/inches?
