Well, I'm 5' 8" 165lbs and I like a loose fit - I have bought like 5-6 sets and I always get XL. The XL fleece sets fit me nicely but one time I got one with a "silky" material and it was too big - all the fleece ones fit good though.

About the models: They're are all around 6 feet, medium-large build guys. It used to say they're wearing XL sets but now it says they're wearing L - very misleading - I just bought the "Full Set Hoodie and Sweatpants Set" in L thinking it would fit loose and instead the top is smaller than I would like - arms not quite long enough. If you're my size and want a loose fit get the XL, big/tall guys maybe XXL. If you're about my size and you want a slimmer fit get the L. Hope this helps.
