how do the basic essential pants run in size small. regular fit or large

could you please add the waist size and the inseam to help out with sizing. maybe even the size of leg at bottom? would really appreciate. too afraid to order otherwise...

I have several pairs of the Basic Essentials jeans, and they are a regular fit - I'm 5'2" and wear a size 11, and they fit me quite well, just a bit long in the leg.
