We do accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent in their original condition, with store tags attached. Also, shoes and the shoebox should not be damaged when shipping it back to us. Personal items such as underwear, swim wear, make-up and body jewelry cannot be accepted back for a refund.
