I'm not sure if this helps, but I'm normally a size extra small/small in any brand. When it comes to Ecko Red, I usually order a size larger. When its an extra small, I'll get a small. I recently just ordered a track suit I thought I'd get in a medium. It fits, but is quite large, so I'll stick to size smalls.
