I'm 5'6 and 160 lbs. With a 38DD chest. It was a bit tight in the back of my shoulders when I stretch my arms out.

Most of the brands we carry come from the Juniors department rather than the Womens/Misses department, so our customers often tell us that they run small. A size large, for example, fits up to a 37 inch bust.
