Sizing of Royal Elastics Ruben shoes

Interested in getting a pair of Ruben's and a pair of King Tex's. The King Tex's say "US sizing" but the Rubens don't say if it's US or UK. Could you please tell me if the Rubens are in US and confirm that the King Tex's are also in US.
