i wanna purchase the NBA, MLB, NFL Gear - Chicago Bulls Wool Reversible /Pu sleeve Jacket w/ zip out hooded fleece

the information says that the model wearing the jacket in the picture is 6″1 and is wearing size L.
since im from germany i want to be sure about the sizing to avoid sending it back if it dont fits.
i'm 6″3 so my question is wich size should i get ? i found a sizing chart for this jacket on the internet and it says that the jackets run bigger so i should go a size down but i also found a review on amazon where somebody said they are smaller then the actual size... so what should i do ? can somebody of you tell me what size i should get ? as i said im 6″3 my arm lenght from collarbone to wrist is 30 inches my waist is 48 inches my chest is 50 inches and i dont want it to tight i like it a little bit more baggy then normal i hope you can help me to find the right size ! thank you in advance !
