Are the sleeves made of the same material as the rest of the jacket?

I wasn't sure if the sleeves were a synthetic leather, or a plush fabric.

The sleeves are made of the same material as the rest of the jacket. They are not a synthetic leather rather they have a cotton-like feel to them.
