Hi Sizina, i purchased a size 11 and they fit perfectly my measurements are approximately - Waist: 28"-29" and Hips: 40" to 41" the material has some stretch so a size 11 may still fit if you go up an inch or two in both categories, hope this helps:)

All of our shoe and clothing sizes are in US sizing unless stated otherwise. A size 15 in New Zealand would be equivalent to a US size 11. Here is a general size chart for more information.
