Hi, I would like to buy my grandson a pair of Chucks but don't understand the size 3 youth. I'm from New Zealand and our sizes are in US.

He is a sz 10 US children he is 3yrs old, so what size will I have to order for him?

You would have to order a size 10US in the infant/toddler sizes. Youth size 3 is for big kids, around a 8-9 year old :)
