No I don't think that is how the shoe chart works. I have seen a chart where newborn is 0, size 1 is 0-3 mo., size 2 is 3-6 mo., size 3 is 6-9 mo., and so on.... Every kid is a little different and also the brand of the shoe makes a little difference.

Nike's infant and toddler shoes run from size 0 through 10. The baby's age will not necessarily be the same as her shoe size. If you're unsure, order a bigger size--either they will fit now, or the baby will grow into them soon enough!
